Beeline launched “Online Consultant” service

Yerevan/Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” CJSC (Beeline trademark) launched “Online Consultant” service.

The service provides the customer with the chance to receive all-comprehensive information on the entire range of “ArmenTel” Company’s services by means of online dialogue with the operator in chat mode. The list of questions, which one can receive consultation on, includes information of technical nature, information on the services, tariffs, campaigns, the current debts, etc. The access to the service is free of charge. One can use it at www.beeline.am website.

“Launch of “On-Line Consultant” service is an innovation in “VimpelCom” Group of Companies, and the success of this project will allow us spreading the positive practice in other countries of Beeline presence. Implementation of on-line service in addition to telephone service makes “ArmenTel” an integrated operator not only in the sphere of connection, but also in the sphere of customer service in Armenia”, Head of “ArmenTel” Customer Service Department Burastan Movsisyan stated.

The dialogue window of “On-Line Consultant” service will present the customer with a list of topics, as well as the total number of visitors in each of the sections. Depending on the nature of the discussion, the operator may pass the given customer to another operator. Besides on ordinary test message, the operator may send the subscriber information on the topic of interest for him/her. The customer is also provided the opportunity to save the history of their communication with the operator in order to turn to it in case of necessity.
