“VivaCell-MTS” is driven by striving for innovations, General Manager of the company stated

Yerevan/Mediamax/. General Manager of “VivaCell-MTS” Ralph Yirikian believes that for any company, which is targeted to the needs of customers, innovations should always be the basic priority.

Mediamax reports that Ralph Yirikian said this in an interview to “Exceptional” magazine which is issued by “Ernst and Young” audit company.

“VivaCell-MTS” wants the Armenian consumer to have all the achievements of the scientific-technical progress. We do not spare effort for localization of world technologies: nothing should become an obstacle for the Armenian residents to use the results of latest technical developments, available for the populations of other developed countries”, Ralph Yirikian stated.

Speaking of the first stage of the company formation, he noted the lack of personnel as the main difficulty. Ralph Yirikian stated that he preferred to hire student youth in order to educate specialists from them. “And the corporate values are better mastered in young age. Due to such an approach, we managed to form a staff of people with the same views, who share common goals”, Head of “VivaCell-MTS” noted.

“VivaCell-MTS” is an Armenian company and will always remain such. Due to MTS, we gain access to the international market, as well as knowledge, which allows Armenian consumers to always have access to advanced technologies”, Ralph Yirikian stated.
