“VivaCell-MTS” General Manager delivered a lecture for students of Moscow “Skolkovo” Management School

Yerevan/Mediamax/. “VivaCell-MTS” General Manager Ralph Yirikian delivered a lecture to Moscow “Skolkovo” Management School students -- managers of largest companies of Russia and other CIS countries.

As Mediamax was informed in the press service of the company, “Skolkovo” students were particularly interested in integration of “VivaCell-MTS” in the parent company – MTS Group. Ralph Yirikian noted that “VivaCell-MTS’ is a model of an international operator with local peculiarities and stated that, as a part of a large multinational company, it, nevertheless, preserves its individual features, brand and Armenian mentality.

Students of “Skolkovo” got familiar with the peculiarities of “VivaCell-MTS” marketing policy, services, customer service methods and the tariff policy.

“Faith is important in the life of any company. One should believe in the values of the organization and spread them in the society circles, thus, uniting the society. This is like a chain reaction: we start a certain activity, others do something else, etc. And due to interaction of all circles, we get results based on our values”, Ralph Yirikian stated.
