“ArmenTel” to significantly reduce tariffs for wholesale internet

Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline brand) will reduce tariffs for wholesale internet (TCP/IP) for 20-25%.

Mediamax reports that Chairman of Public Service Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of Armenia Robert Nazaryan informed on this in Yerevan today.

He expressed hope that, as a result of the given step, internet providers will also reduce tariffs for their services.

Robert Nazaryan noted that Fibernet and “ArmenTel” Company together occupy a dominating position in the market, in connection with which PSRC has initiated a process, after which justification of tariffs and their regulation will be needed.

As the Head of “ArmenTel” Legal Service David Sandukhchyan stated, the new tariffs for wholesale internet will come into effect on September 15.
