“Over the recent few months, sales and customer service offices have been in the center of our attention. New offices were opened, the ones, which were already functioning, were repaired and moved to more convenient places for our customers. The specific nature of our offices is that they provide practically the entire range of telecommunication services, and the quality standard here should be special. Renewal of the network of sales and customer service offices is the first stage of our program to improve the quality of service, which can be considered successful”, General Director of “ArmenTel” CJSC Igor Klimko stated.
