Rostelecom enables subscribers to pay in installments

Given the restrictions to work and movement due to the state of emergency Rostelecom has launched the “Deferred payment” service.

It sets a deadline, before which subscribers can pay the debt for services, provided in the previous months, in installments.

The service is available to subscribers who have accumulated a debt in the amount of AMD 10,000 and more and who find it difficult to pay the debt in one instance. They will be able to pay the debt over the period of 3 months.

“With respect for our subscribers’ convenience, we make regular efforts to provide them a wide range of high-quality, reliable services. To stand by the side of the subscribers, Rostelecom has enables them to pay for services in installments. We are grateful to our loyal customers for supporting us in this process,” said Rostelecom Armenia CEO Hayk Faramazyan.

In order to use the “Deferred payment” service, subscribers can activate it until May 31 (inclusive) with the help of the Phone service, calling 060 46 46 46, or the Sale and service offices, submitting an application.

It is a one-time service and the ongoing agreement is renewed for subscription. More information about the terms and conditions is available here.

Rostelecom reopened a sale and service office at 28/1 Nalbandyan St in Yerevan on May 4.
