In accordance with the recent decision by the Commandant, Viva-MTS has begun reopening a number of its service centers.
The operator will reopen 20 centers in total, 10 of them in Yerevan and 10 in the marzes. The centers provide all services but sale of mobile devices on credit.
The service centers are equipped with protective means and regularly disinfected. The staff are provided face masks, gloves and disinfectants, and are informed about preventive measures.
In case of queues, the company asks subscribers to maintain 2m social distance from each other and wear masks.
The reopened centers will work from Monday until Friday, at 11am-3pm, at the following locations:
