Beeline temporarily shuts down all customer care services

Given the introduction of tougher measures against the spread of the coronavirus, Beeline has shut down the only sale and customer care office still operating – the one at 24/1 Azatutyun St, Yerevan.

The company provides subscribers a wide range of online opportunities and operates 8202 number, which helps solve the following issues:

- Change of SIM card,
- Change of Wi-Fi modem within 5-day testing period,
- Restoration of phone number (fixed-line, fixed-line internet, post-paid mobile numbers).

Beeline’s E-shop enables subscribers to buy new phone numbers, phones and modems and subscribe to fixed-line internet (COMBO packages).

Payments for mobile and fixed-line communications can be made here or via BeeMoney app. The account and services can be managed via My Beeline Armenia app.

Customer service is available 24/7 at 0611 mobile number and 100 fixed-line number. Subscribers can all contact Beeline via the company’s Facebook page or on www.beeline.am.
