Beeline and Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA) have summed up “Development of entrepreneurial thinking at schools” program.
The program was aimed at keeping young Armenians in the country’s labor market and improving the opportunities for finding jobs.
Within the frames of this program, launched in May of 2018, RUEA has implemented events for boosting entrepreneurial thinking among pupils and teachers of 5 selected schools, as well as students of other educational institutions.
“I am convinced that the right choice of profession is the most important step in achieving success, and we aimed at giving the young people the necessary knowledge and skills to enable them to make a conscious and well-considered decision. I am hopeful that owing to this program the youth will get involved in the professions they prefer and will provide victories for themselves and for Armenia as well,” Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said.
Within the frames of the project, 60 students participated in relevant courses, 93 visited different enterprises, around 70 took part in meetings with potential employers, discussions on demands of labor market and developing branches of economy, 10 of them received consultation on planning their careers.
