Beeline incorporates use of electronic signature

Beeline is the first operator in Armenia to start using electronic (digital) signature and documentation.

The company noted that from December 11 Beeline representatives will ratify all the contracts, agreements, bills and acts with the use of electronic signature.

“Being a part of VEON Group, VEON Armenia has also adopted the strategy of digital transformation and is on its way to transform from traditional telecommunications company into modern technological and digital company. The company optimized all the interactions including documentation, bringing the mentioned processes in accordance with the international standards. The company has decided to facilitate the signing and ratification of the documents to make sure that our cooperation with the partners becomes simpler and more convenient,” Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said.

The Armenian companies are now allowed to use digital signatures by Armenia’s “Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Armenia”.
