Al Eisaian qualifies FAST Foundation launch as a “worthy commitment”

U.S. based IntelinAir Founder, businessman Al Eisaian qualified the launch of Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology-FAST by Ruben Vardanyan as “awesome and a worthy of a commitment”.

Talking about the Foundation, Ruben Vardanyan had particularly said.

“The focus should be on a kind of "broad coalition", which will unite educational institutions, leading IT-companies, professional associations of Armenia and network operators”.

Al Eisaian noted that the Foundation is launched “at the right time” and that if implemented “transparently and professionally” can engage the whole nation globally.

“The big BUT, is how it will be governed, how it will be financed, how it will engage non-Armenians where necessary”, highlighted Al Eisaian.

According to the businessman the most important thing is to attract the serious researchers from around the globe and make sure they are paid well.

“It is not far-fetched to think that we could ask 100 top professors to take a 1-2 year sabbatical to come to Armenia and build these labs”, noted Al Eisaian.
