Rostelecom launches Radio app

A meeting dedicated to modern technological solutions for radio broadcasting took place today at the head office of Rostelecom Armenia.

In particular, the meeting included the inaugural presentation of Radio application of Rostelecom Smart TV, which broadcasts 16 Armenian radio stations.

“Armenian users are also aware of modern technological developments and innovations. Remaining loyal to the adopted strategy and carrying out research, Rostelecom continues to fill consumer market with globally spread technological innovations. In particular, we introduce to the public and experts today one of our Smart TV applications - Radio, the only one of its kind in Armenia. In fact, Rostelecom provides its subscribers an opportunity to listen to their favourite programs and music on their TV sets even in remote marzes of the country,” said Rostelecom Armenia General Director Hayk Faramazyan.

The app was developed by Armenian IT specialists and aims to increase radio broadcasting availability to the company’s subscribers both in the capital and marzes.
