VivaCell-MTS presents a new offer for “STARTPHONE” subscribers

Subscribing “STARTPHONE” tariff plan for 24 months VivaCell-MTS subscribers can get “Galaxy S7” or “Galaxy S7 edge” for AMD 1.

Within the tariff plan for AMD 23 500 monthly fee the subscriber also gets 10 000 on-net minutes, 200 minutes to RA other networks and 15 000 MB of Internet.
