U.S.-Armenian SoloLearn startup - the biggest mobile platform that teaches programming is announced as one of top 10 under USD10 mln financed startups in Silicon Valley(Bay Area).
According to Silicon Valley Business Journal the ranking was made by Mattermark company that does startup research.
The ranking organizers mention that “the growth scores of these 10 rose to the top, showing strong early traction”.
In addition to funding, factors taken into consideration included employment growth, increases in social media and website traffic and inbound links to the companies.
SoloLearn that is the 6th on the list has a growth score of 852 whereas Product Hunt has 1380 and is leading the ranking.
“Momentum score of SoloLearn is the highest in 10 startups”, the ranking states.
“We are happy to be included in the ranking. We also understand that this is one of the first steps and we have a long way ahead. More hard work and dedication will be needed. We have an excellent team and we believe- it’s one of the main guarantees of success”, SoloLearn co-founder and CEO Davit Kocharyan told Itel.am.
It should be recalled that SoloLearn was included in the best Google Play applications of 2015 a couple of days ago in India.
