“Gugark” children’s camp located in the village of Vahagnadzor, Lori, first opened its doors 57 years ago. Every year it hosts about 1200 children aged 7 to 16, mostly coming from the borderland villages of the country.
To modernize the camp and to organize computer literacy classes for the children the camp needed a computer laboratory. VivaCell-MTS promptly supported the management of the camp with that and provided 10 work stations, which were installed by the Company’s specialists.
“In nowadays world computer skills are essential for getting knowledge, study, research and keeping in touch with friends. Establishing a computer class will help children attending the camp in the summertime to combine their interaction with the wonderful nature of Lori, communication with their peers from other regions with passing a short introductory computer literacy course,” VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian said.
