U!TV subscribers don’t need to install an auxiliary device

Ucom has disseminated a statement answering the frequent question about how citizens should access digital television in their houses.

“The Armenian digital TV channels will be available to those citizens who have new generation TVs. In case of old TVs, the citizens must get an auxiliary device to be able to use the broadcasting.

However this doesn’t concerns Ucom subscribers. Ucom has been providing its subscribers with digital television for over years. The subscribers of this company have been using high quality IP television that reaches to their houses through fiber-optic cable. That is to say, there is no need to install an attached device for Ucom subscribers”, the statement reads.

Ucom recalls that the statement holds true to subscribers of U!TV or Tpiple Play.
