Beeline summed up the financial and operational results of the first quarter of 2015.
The company noted that as of the accounting period, Beeline has more than 790 thousand mobile subscribers in Armenia which is by 13% more than the same index of 2014.
As of the first quarter of 2015, the churn rate made 9.6% which is by 1.4% less than the same index of 2014.
As of the year, the number of Beeline mobile subscribers grew by 4.5%, and traffic volume per each subscriber increased by 58% as of the same period.
“The beginning of the year was marked by growth of mobile subscribers, reduction of churn rate, increase in mobile internet consumption and number of users. The growth of NPS as well as all these indices suggest that Beeline is developing in line with the modern trends of
telecommunication business in Armenia. Summing up the results of the quarter, we can say that Beeline doesn’t only meet the world trends of market development but also offers quality, simple and convenient services to subscribers which they are ready to make use of and recommend to their family members and friends”, said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.
The overall profit of landline services reduced by 11% as of the year which resulted from the global trend in lowering of the demand for the service.
As of the first quarter of 2015, Beeline’s capital investments made USD2mln which is 2-fold more than the same index of 2014.
“It’s already the second consecutive quarter that Beeline has registered growth of index of consumer loyalty and customer service quality enhancement”, the company noted.
