Ayb and VivaCell-MTS sum up cooperation

Ayb School and VivaCell-MTS have summed up the results of their cooperation.

The football playing robots created by students of Ayb School were successfully presented during the World Robot Olympiad in Sochi in 2014. Football playing robots as well as fire-fighting and line tracking robots and UAVs were demonstrated in the robotics lab, together with the projects that are currently in the focus of Ayb students.

“In Armenia, the lack of the necessary knowledge, experience and infrastructure hinders the rapid development of many fields. The robotics field, though, is in a phase of rapid growth, where amateur groups very often produce more effective results than experienced research institutions do,” noted Aram Pakhchanian, principal of Ayb School.

“VivaCell-MTS attaches great importance to revealing and nurturing the creative potential in young people. We are where we see such an opportunity. It is a pleasure to witness the efforts of robotics students crowned with success”, noted VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
