Beeline supports contest of British film banners

Beeline, British Council and UK Embassy in Yerevan announce a contest of alternative banners of festival films.

The winners of the contest will be invited to a special reception to the residence of UK Ambassador to Armenia, and their banners will be featured on a limited number of shirts for the authors.

To take part in the contest, you should create and present a banner on the festival film, and send them to Arevik.Badalyan@britishcouncil.am till February 28.

“We are happy that our cooperation with the British Council and British Embassy will allow our young people to get acquainted with British film makers changing their lives for the better. Participation in the contest and encounters with the British cinematography will expand talented young people’s mindset and contribute to domestic cinematography”, said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

“Traditionally, contests are announced with the Festival involving the audience in the festival events. This year, the tradition will continue and we hope that the audience will be able to watch not only the best British films to date but contribute to propagation of the festival idea”, said Director of British Council Armenia Arevik Saribekyan.

The 13th British Film Festival started this year on February 24 and is devoted to love. “Imitation Game”, “Bell”, “Invisible Woman”, “The Possibilities are Endless”, “X+Y”, “Virunga”, “Love is All” films were screened with the Festival.
