Beeline announces the introduction of online queuing management systems in 14 more sales and service offices in Yerevan and regions.
“We pay much attention to the quality and conditions of customer servicing. We continue equipping offices of sales and servicing through e-queuing system which will allow making customer servicing an accurately scheduled algorithm. Introduction of e-queue system brings about numerous indisputable and obvious benefits both for the company’s customers and staff. I am sure that it will help facilitate our customers’ servicing”, noted Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.
Shirak, Aragatsotn, Lori, Tavush, Vayots Dzor, Syunik, Ararat - these are the regions where the e-queue systems will be installed till late 2014. Offices with frequent queues will be given priority. In 2015, the company is also going to increase the number of sales and service offices where the e-queue systems will be installed.
