Starting from December 1, 2014 till January 31, 2015, “Quartet”, “Duet” and “SIP Talk” tariff plan subscribers have an opportunity to call to USA (except for Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada from VivaCell-MTS 060 fixed network for AMD 4,9/min instead of the AMD 13,99 before.

When making an international call within “Quartet” tariff plan, now the dialing order is: 00 [country code] [phone number].
