3rd “Web Apricot” Online Film Festival launched

Golden Apricot International Film Festival and Webtv.am Internet television with VivaCell-MTS sponsorship launched the 3rd “Web Apricot” Pan-Armenian Online Film Festival today.

The festival accepts up to 30 minute-long films. The festival is open to feature, documentary, animation and other films without limitations of genre. The submissions are due before January 25, 2014 on a DVD carrier to the “Golden Apricot” International Film Festival office (Yerevan 0001, Moskovyan 3, +37410 521042).

There will be a grand-prix and two prizes of encouragement. The winner of the grand-prix will receive an amount equal to USD 1000 in Armenian drams as well as a diploma. The winners of the encouraging prizes will get special diplomas.

This year the “Web Apricot” will also present the “Web Apricot Multimedia” program. The program will include only short films shot with mobile phones, tablets and smartphones.
