Orange Armenia marks the 4th anniversary of its operation

Orange will mark the 4th anniversary of its operation in Armenia on November.

The company's leadership summed up the results of its achievements and presented new offers today, Mediamax reports.

"It's already 4 years that Orange has been operating in Armenia and the company currently has 620 000 subscribers. 4 years is a short period but when I look back I see that we managed to do a lot for this period of time. Over the past year particularly, we have focused on innovative services, improvement of network quality and customer support", said Orange Armenia CEO Francis Gelibter.

He also noted that over the year, the company expanded the geography of network in the villages as well which didn't have the coverage before.

"Orange also continued its social corporate responsibility programs. Over the year, Orange Fund helped 18 480 people to undergo free eye examinations, 1200- eye operations and 17 children who were in charge of the state returned home", said Francis Gelibter.

The company's CEO noted that the year was important in the financial point of view as well. "The company registered growth of income by 17% which is almost 3-fold more than the average market growth rates", he said.
