Taxes paid by mobile operators increase by over 36.6%

As of the first half-year of 2012, the three mobile operators paid AMD19.8bln taxes which exceed the same index of 2012 by AMD 5.3bln or 36.6%.

K-Telecom (VivaCell-MTS trademark) ranks third among 1000 largest taxpayers by the volume of taxes. As of January-June 2013, the company paid overall AMD11bln 190.1mln taxes. The paid taxes increased by 54.2% as compared to the first quarter of 2012.

ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) is the fourth with AMD7bln 504.5mln taxes. As of the first quarter of 2012, the taxes paid by the company increased by 23.4%.

Orange Armenia is the 42nd with AMD1.22bln taxes. The latter reduced the volume of paid taxes by 1.7% against the same period of 2012.

As of the first quarter of 2013, Ucom (89th position with AMD680.4mln), GNC Alfa (Rostelecom brand, 206th position with AMD251.2mln) and Armenian Datacom Company (970th position with AMD47.6mln) were included into the list of 1000 largest taxpayers.
