VivaCell-MTS offers live, real-time, operator-assisted telephone translation services

VivaCell-MTS is the first mobile operator in Armenia to offer live, real-time, operator-assisted telephone translation services to its subscribers who need to communicate with an interlocutor speaking a different language.

For using the telephone translation service one needs to make a conference call with the 090000025 premium number and the person s/he wants to speak to. The calling party will be asked to choose the languages, after which s/he can speak with his/her interlocutor and the professional interpreter will translate the talk to both of them.

At the moment interpretation is provided into and from Armenian, English, French, Russian, Persian, Italian, and Arabic.

Only VivaCell-MTS subscribers can use the service.

The price of the service is AMD500 per minute.
