On World Bloggers Day, a blog-tour was carried out in Rostelecom-Armenia head office today.
The bloggers were familiarized with the data center, modern systems and equipment in the company's head office. The company's representative informed Rostelecom is the first user of this equipment in Armenia and in South Caucasus in some cases.
"As one of Armenia's leading operators, we hosted several specialists of the blogosphere to familiarize them with out prospects, the current phase of the development of Armenian internet and internet role in blogging", said GNC-Alfa CEO Hayk Farmazyan.
"Taking into account the high demand for broadband internet, we are going to provide internet availability in all the main towns of Armenia and Yerevan within coming 5 years", noted Hayk Farmazyan.
The blog-tour was followed by a discussion during which the bloggers asked their questions to the company's representative.
Samvel Martirosyan noted talking to Mediamax that as a result of the blog-tour, he managed to get the answers to several questions on the internet in Armenia.
