VivaCell-MTS upgrades its network in Shirak region

VivaCell-MTS informs that network development, upgrade and expansion works are being implemented in Shirak region for the purpose of increasing the network capabilities and capacity.

Due to the upgrade works, it is possible that in the period from March 23, 2013 till mid-April, 2013, subscribers encounter short-term difficulties when using mobile communication services provided by VivaCell-MTS.
 
In order to minimize to the greatest extent possible the inconveniences to subscribers, the upgrade works will be carried out after midnight.
 
VivaCell-MTS assures that it is doing its best to implement the upgrade related works in the shortest possible period, and apologizes for causing any possible inconvenience to its customers.
 
The above-mentioned network development works will take place in Gyumri, as well as villages and other populated areas of Shirak region.
