Ucom increases Internet speed at Yerevan schools up to 20 Mbps

Ucom Company, which provides Internet to schools across Armenia, will increase the Internet speed at Yerevan schools this year.

Ucom CEO Hayk Yesayan and Armenian Minister of Education Armen Ashotyan said this today, Mediamax reports.

Armen Ashotyan visited Ucom head office today.

“This year the Internet speed at Yerevan schools will increase 4-5 times, and all the schools will have 20 Mbps Internet speed,” said Hayk Yesayan.

“This year too, Ucom has won the opportunity to provide Internet to schools. The company pays special importance to schools, providing high-speed Internet at the same price as before, when the Internet speed was 5 times slower,” Ucom CEO said.
