Yerevan/Mediamax/. The first performance of “We” children’s inclusive theater group “I want to believe” took place at Yerevan Puppet Theater after Tumanyan on October 11.
The group was set up within the framework of cooperation between “ArmenTel” (Beeline trademark) and the Child Development Foundation. The educational programs and art-therapy contribute to the social integration of children with special needs. Performances are staged with the help experienced theater artists and child psychologists. The children’s theater group is composed of children with special needs and students of Yerevan secondary shcools, the company reported.
“Within the framework of its social responsibility program “ArmenTel” attaches special attention to programs aimed at the development of children and youth. This is why we expressed readiness to support our partners’ proposal to create an inclusive group. Art helps children with special needs become full members of the society stimulating their intellectual and physical potential,” said “ArmenTel” PR Manager Anush Begloyan.
