Income from cable TV in Armenia grows 2-fold

Yerevan/Mediamax/. The income from telecommunication services in Armenia grew by 4.1% as of the 2012 having made AMD 78bln 195.2mln, the National Statistical Service of Armenia reports.

Against the background of the reduction of income from wired TV services (AMD 12.1bln), the income from mobile phone network grew by 10.6% (AMD 49.1bln).

The income from the internet services reduced by 5.3% having made AMD 13.66bln as of the first half-year and the income from cable TV increased 2-fold having made AMD 978.9mln.
