GNC-Alfa starts providing fixed communication

Yerevan/Mediamax/. GNC Alfa backbone internet provider started providing services of fixed communication across Armenia with non-geographic numbers of (060) 46XXXX number line.

The company’s services can currently be used by corporate subscribers and the service will be available to individuals from June 2012, the company reports.

“The subscribers will have the opportunity to shift the number on the whole territory of Armenia if needed without any extra expenses and changes of terms”, the company reported.

Besides ArmenTel and GNC-Alfa, Ucom (060 (44, 50-54) number line) also provides services of fixed network (IP) in Armenia.

The Russian media outlets report that in early March of 2012, Rostelecom purchased 75% of GNC-Alfa shares at USD 22.5mln. --0--
