VivaCell-MTS awarded with the certificate “Best Customer Experience”

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Today VivaCell-MTS was awarded by the National Association of Consumers with the certificate “Best Customer Experience”. 
 
Besides, VivaCell-MTS was awarded a special certificate “For the accomplishments in the sphere of communication, delivering high-quality services and building the trust of its subscribers, as well as for its special place in the consumer market.”
 
The awarding ceremony took place in the frames of the celebration of the 20th anniversary consumer movement in Armenia. The nominated companies were determined based on long-term marketing and monitoring research of the independent experts group and the honorary members of the Armenian Consumers’ National Academy.
