ADC planning to complete merger “with one of large participants of the market” due to the financing of VTB Bank (Armenia)

Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Armenian Datacom Company” CJSC (ADC) is planning to complete the merger with one of large participants of the telecommunication market due to the credit provided by VTB Bank (Armenia).

As VTB Bank (Armenia) reported today, “within the loan limit the bank will finance the acquisition and modernization of fixed assets of the company, as well as the merger between the “Armenian Datacom Company” CJSC and one of large participants of the telecommunication market” will be completed.”

VTB Bank (Armenia) CEO Valery Ovsyannikov said “the team of VTB Bank (Armenia) has actively cooperated with the specialists of ADC, which allowed them to comprehensively assess the company’s business and unconventionally approach the structure of the deal.”

Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADC, Khazhak Karayan, said in his turn that “the operating income of ADC in last several months added confidence to VTB Bank (Armenia) to provide the necessary funding.
