PC-Electronics certifies its assortment in Microsoft

Yerevan/Mediamax/. PC-Electronics (https://pc-electronics.am) computer equipment retailer concluded an agreement with Microsoft within which the corporation tests and certifies personal computers which are assembled in the retailer’s assembly plant.

Certified computers are sold under Microsoft Windows PC brand.

As Mediamax was informed in PC-Electronics, computer testing is held in laboratories for testing 24 hours a day, during which all the components, nodes and links are tested to comply with international standards. Due to this 100% compliance of the equipment with the operating system is secured.

“Thanks to it, we exclude software and hardware malfunction and information loss. Warrantee is offered both for the computer and the software,” the company reported noting that the computers are sold with the licensed copy of Windows 7 and Microsoft’s antivirus program. Those computers that have failed the test will be sold with a trial version of operating system.

The computer that has passed the test and certification is more expensive than the one with the same parameters without certification. The price difference starts from AMD 20 000 ($55) depending on the parameters of the computer and the operating system.

PS-Electronics currently offers 4 software bundles for Windows PC ranging from AMD 145 000 to AMD 294 000.
