Number of VivaCell-MTS subscribers increased by 18.6% in the course of a year

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Number of VivaCell-MTS subscribers increased by 18.6% (about 390 thousand) in the course of a year and made 2.51mln as of May 31, 2011.

Mediamax reports referring the press service of “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC that in the course of a year in Armenia MTS demonstrated the second highest dynamics of subscriber base increase after Uzbekistan, where increase in the number of subscribers in the accounting period made 23.6%.

At that, May, 2011, the number of VivaCell-MTS subscribers reduced by 0.4% (0.01 thousand).
