New program for children launching at Cafesjian Center for the Arts given support of “ArmenTel”

Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Creativity and Imagination” program for children is launching at Cafesjian Center for the Arts given support of “ArmenTel” CJSC (Beeline trademark).

Within the framework of “Creativity and Imagination” program, children at the age of 6-12 will familiarize with the works of Czech sculptor Ivana Shramkova. A cartoon will be showed for them. It is produced by the artist and it tells about the process of creation of an art piece from conception of the idea and to realization. Then during special classes children in the process of games will get the chance to create their own works.

“In partnership with “ArmenTel” we continue a cycle of educational and art programs for children at Cafesjian Center for the Arts. Our experience has proved that Armenian children get in contact with art and create with pleasure and gladly visit our Center”, Acting Executive Director of Cafesjian Center for the Arts Vahagn Marabyan said.

“I consider this project unique, since it allows children, who are our future, not only familiarizing with art as an audience, but also creating something new themselves. This very interactive, personal form of participation will be most interesting for young artists, I believe. The Company provides the younger generation the chance to enrich their creative experience, which they will carry with themselves along their entire life”, General Director of “ArmenTel” CJSC Igor Klimko said.

Participation in “Creativity and Imagination” program is free of charge. Both children and members of their families can participate in the program. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Saturday, starting from May 14, 2011.
