Yerevan/Mediamax/. Issues of e-commerce development in Armenia require operative solution and will be discussed at the upcoming Forum of IT Leaders.

Mediamax reports that Chairman of the Union of IT Enterprises (UITE) of Armenia, Director of Sourcio Company Hovhannes Avoyan said this at “From Outsourcing to Innovation” Conference in Yerevan today.

Answering the raised question on the fact that tax bodies of Armenia suppress cases of indication of prices for the goods and services in .am zone in foreign currency, irrespective of whether the advertised product or service is oriented to the Armenian or the foreign buyer, Hovhannes Avoyan stated that this issue, just like many others, related to e-commerce, does not have a firm legislative basis.
