Beeline Chief: “There was no orange revolution”

Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” (Beeline brand) General Director Igor Klimko stated today that “despite the expectations of many, there was no orange revolution”.

Mediamax reports that Igor Klimko said this, commenting on the entry of Orange Armenia operator to the market. According to him, the new operator’s tariffs are not dumping ones, “but are rather correct as compared to the current operators”.

“Recently “ArmenTel” has become the canonist in the sphere of mobile connection in Armenia. In particular, our new tariff plans “For You”, “For You – Exclusive” are really revolutionary in the market”, General Director of Beeline noted.

Commenting on the speed of mobile internet at 7.2Mb/sec, announced by Orange Armenia, Igor Klimko stated that “this is the technologic speed provided by 3G networks”.

“The same networks function in “ArmenTel” and in VivaCell-MTS, this is why I cannot say that any super unique offer has been made in the market”, Klimko stated.
