“ArmenTel” increased the number of 3G and GPRS roaming partners

Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ArmenTel” (Beeline trademark) announced that it has increased the number of 3G and GPRS roaming partners.

As Mediamax was informed in the company today, now 3G roaming is available in 28 counties of the world, and GPRS roaming – in 56 countries.

In July, bidirectional 3G roaming was launched for Beeline subscribers in Switzerland, Portugal, Turkey, Croatia; bidirectional GPRS roaming in Switzerland, Lithuania.

“Increase of the number of GPRS and 3G roaming partners is the demand of the time, since internet use through mobile connection has become a usual activity already”, Head of Public Relations Service of “ArmenTel” Anush Begloyan stated.

The total number of “ArmenTel” roaming partners, including global roaming services, makes 475 operators in 214 countries of the world today.
