Yerevan /Mediamax/. Single center to support fixed connection customers is set up in “ArmenTel” Company (Beeline trademark).
As Mediamax was told in the company today, dialing 1-00, “ArmenTel” subscribers may turn to receive competent help.
Before the launch the given service, problems of landline connection subscribers were solved through calls to ATS according to the address of the subscriber.
The service team includes 12 specialists, who consult subscribers from 9:00 to 20:00 and register requests for eliminating malfunctions.
“Due to such pooling of information flows, the Company gains additional opportunities to trace fulfillment of requests and efficient troubleshooting of our network. We consider this extremely important for constant improvement of the quality of our services”, Burastan Movsisyan, Head of “ArmenTel” Customer Maintenance Service stated.
