Viva-MTS on misinformation spread via enemy’s SMS

Viva-MTS announced that early in the morning, by penetrating into one of the mobile operators’ small VAS (value-added services) system used with mobile operators, the enemy has managed to spread misinformation via SMS messages among individual subscribers.

As the Armenian Ministry of Defense has already mentioned, this is another misinformation of the enemy.

“We are constantly in contact with the VAS operator, whose specialists work on strengthening the security of their system. According to the VAS operator, all the subscribers who received misinformation have already received the denial sent by the operator,” the company said.
