Today, at the July 10 sitting, the Armenian Public Services Regulatory Commission gave the permission for the alienation of 100% of the shares of VEON Armenia CJSC to TEAM LLC.

Yesterday, at its July 9 sitting, the Armenian State Commission for Economic Protection gave the permit for acquisition of 100% shares of VEON Armenia CJSC to TEAM LLC.
