Inspired By Her Academy sums up results with support of Rostelecom Armenia

Inspired by Her (IBH) Academy has summed up the results with support from Rostelectom. The program kicked off in August and was held in Armenia for the first time.

The participants presented business plans, which were based on their original ideas, and the best contestant received a special prize.

The program runs in three stages.

In the first stage (August-September), the participants gained various skills and knowledge at the courses on most relevant topics, taught by experienced professionals.

The second stage (October) was the mentorship. The participants discussed their ideas, turned them into projects and planed the implementation.

In the third stage (November 12), they pitched to the jury consisting of Chair of Armenian Civil Aviation Committee Tatevik Revazian, GIZ Advisor for Women Entrepreneurship and Results Monitoring Margarita Hakobjanyan, and Head of Public Relations at Rostelecom Armenia Siranush Gyurjinyan.

The winner is Soup2Go. The team will receive professional consulting throughout their project in addition to other prizes. Recognized as the best participant, Lana Landau was awarded year-long internship abroad within the program to learn and gain working experience outside of familiar environment. Prizes were given in other categories as well, such as the most active participant. Partner organizations also presented the participants with special prizes.

Inspired by Her Academy is an intensive three-month curriculum designed to increase the number of women entrepreneurs and teach them how to take their business from an idea to a full-fledged enterprise.
