The program runs in three stages.
In the first stage (August-September), the participants gained various skills and knowledge at the courses on most relevant topics, taught by experienced professionals.
The second stage (October) was the mentorship. The participants discussed their ideas, turned them into projects and planed the implementation.
In the third stage (November 12), they pitched to the jury consisting of Chair of Armenian Civil Aviation Committee Tatevik Revazian, GIZ Advisor for Women Entrepreneurship and Results Monitoring Margarita Hakobjanyan, and Head of Public Relations at Rostelecom Armenia Siranush Gyurjinyan.
