FPWC and VivaCell-MTS summarized Pan Armenian Painting Contest

The Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets (FPWC) and VivaCell-MTS have summarized the results of the 9th Annual Pan Armenian Painting Contest.

More than 600 pictures have been submitted for the contest this time. 5-16 year old young people from Armenia and Diaspora portrayed their thoughts on the nature and the environment through these pictures.

12 young people were awarded in the frames of 3 announced nominations.

“The way of environmental struggle the participants of the contest have chosen is unique and efficient. Here the grievance is expressed silently, yet to the point. Those are the screams of the nature itself not the humans. Every participant brings the answer to the question raised in his or her own picture, committing to pay more attention to the environmental protection. We educate a whole generation, which is extremely important,” said VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.

On the occasion of cooperation between FPWC and VivaCell-MTS and the 10th anniversary of founding the “SunChild” eco-clubs, VivaCell-MTS General Manager has been awarded “Sustainable Planet” prize.
