VivaCell-MTS General Manager’s address to the Leadership School graduates

VivaCell-MTS has always been open for sharing its experience with students, and Leadership School students are not an exception: they have been hosted at VivaCell-MTS premises numerous times, having the opportunity to talk in a friendly atmosphere with the Company’s General Manager. As a continuation of the long-established friendship, Mr. Ralph Yirikian was invited to have a speech at the Leadership School’s 2015-2016 graduation ceremony.

“From here you step into a new path, which holds millions of opportunities, challenges, choices and possibilities. All these are thrilling and promising, but they require immense efforts, responsibility, hard work, ability to make the right decision, readiness to follow the determined values. Being a “leader” has never been easy, because a “leader” is someone who sets examples, who shows direction, who makes others burn with the same ideas. This is huge responsibility and obligates one to be strong and careful”, VivaCell-MTS General Manager said. “Having witnessed the enthusiasm of you, the students, and the lecturers of the Leadership School, the dedication and energy with which you have been working, I can surely state that you have a big pool of knowledge, skills, ideas and dreams – tools, which are necessary for paving your way through all the obstacles. I am sure we will hear a lot about the achievements of each one of you in the future, and I am looking forward to the sensation of pride and joy when seeing your success”, Ralph Yirikian continued.
