Dronify. New Armenian game helps save the universe

Dronify which is an interactive, strategic game created by Armenian programmers is now available on Google Play.

The game is developed by Altacode mobile team.

The team lead Armen Sanasaryan tells Itel.am that the game’s mission is to help save the planets from enemies using drones through destroying them. 

“The player must develop a strategy and place the drones: choose a profession, special skills and other interesting tools to become more powerful and experienced. That will help to withstand the enemy who is gradually becoming stronger”, he says.

10 people work in Dronify team- Android and iOS programmers, designers, testers, etc.

Armen Sanasaryan stresses that Dronify doesn’t copy any other game. According to him, the game has already created a great interest in Armenia.

“When we presented the alpha version of the game during Digitech this year, it evoked a great interest among the visitors. We were not only offering to play but to also get involved in the testing process, express opinions and proposals for further development while testing the game. As a result, we gathered a couple of hundred subscribers, for which we are thankful for. It was very important for us at that point”, he said.
 
Speaking about the sponsors, Dronify team lead stressed that the game is still being realized by Altacode company's inner investment program. Although according to Armen Sanasaryan, they have already started to contact and negotiate with various international publishers.

Armen Sanasaryan said that the team is working on a new version of the game that will be presented in a month.

“Mobile interface peculiarities will be taken into consideration here. They will help make the game more convenient and easy. We plan to work on graphic and sound effects”, he concluded.

It should be noted that Dronify’s iOS option is also ready. It will be used in near future.
