Chess tournament to be held between media outlets with Beeline support

The first chess tournament between media representatives will kick off at Tigran Petrosian Chess House in Yerevan on July 4.

Beeline is the sponsor of the tournament organized by the Foreign Correspondents Association.

It will be a played as a one-day Swiss tournament with experienced referees of the Chess Federation of Armenia. The winners will receive prizes from the sponsor. Participants that will stand out in five nominations will also be awarded prizes.

To be accredited for the tournament all interested persons should submit an application to tigranhov@list.ru e-mail. The application form signed and sealed by the heads of the media outlets should contain the participant’s name and the position he holds there. The deadline for applications is July 2, 18:00.
