Beeline extends “Minutes of Trust” special offer

Beeline announced the extension of validity date of “Minutes of Trust” special offer.

By December 31, 2015, the amount within the special offer will increase from AMD300 up to AMD9000. The service is available to Beeline prepaid mobile subscribers.

“Guided by “Simple and Convenient for the Customer” slogan, Beeline not only provides simple and convenient services to subscribers but also takes care of their accessibility even in case of minimum balance. Being committed to the customer-centric approach, we extend the special offer so as our customers could stay in touch and use Beeline services”, said Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin.

The sum provided within “Minutes of Trust” offer depends on the amount spent over the past 3 months.

Subscribers can get “minutes of trust” in Armenia and in roaming as well texting *141#. The date of the transferred sum is 3 days inside Armenia and 7 days in roaming. After the expiry date, the sum of “minutes of trust” will be automatically charged from the subscriber’s account even if there are no means on it yet. The service is available to people who have been subscribed to Beeline services for over 3 months.

It should be noted that in case of minimum balance, a Beeline subscriber can use “Call Me” or “Charge my Account” services.

“Minutes of Trust” is available only in case the balance is close to zero and there is no way to recharge the account at the moment. The subscriber requests that Beeline temporarily recharge the balance and subscriber could continue using the service.
