Ucom opens online branch

Ucom online branch opened today.

The company thus is going to help subscribers to manage their time more efficiently and control their Ucom services online.

For the first time in Armenia, a service is launched which will allow Ucom users to quickly do the actions from home or office without visiting the company’s service center - conclude or re-conclude contracts, change or update Ucom service package, change the internet tariff plan, activate Wi Fi internet service, make online payments and others.

“Life is very fast-paced in modern world and people have less time to do what they like, be at home with their family and friends. Visiting an office each time one needs to change services is another waste of 1 hour. We offer a new option which will save people’s time while changing Ucom services or making payments”, said Ucom Director Hayk Yesayan.
