Beeline and COAF implement program for children in villages

Beeline and Children of Armenia Foundation (COAF) launched 4 crafts groups within the children development joint program.

The exhibition of handicrafts of the children studying in the groups officially opened in the community of Karakert today. Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin, Executive Director of COAF Anush Yedigaryan, directors of schools and other guests took part in the event.

''We are glad that we managed to create new opportunities for children's development and give a platform where they can demonstrate their talent in an original way. I am sure that participation in the crafts groups not only helped the children in villages to make their lives better but opened new prospects of future'', Beeline Armenia CEO Andrey Pyatakhin said this in his speech.

The groups opened within ''Development of Crafts among Children in Villages'' program allow pupils of Myasnikyan, Karakert, Dalarik and Aragatsavan communities to gain professions demanded in the marzes.

The exhibition featured handmade works of children of Myasnikyan, Karakert, Dalarik and Aragatsavan communities.

''Young people living in rural communities often don't realize the significance of crafts for their future profession and work. To fill the gap, to make the crafts a source of possible income and develop crafts among children, COAF turned to Beeline and got a positive response'', said COAF Executive Director Anush Yedigaryan.
